Monitoring The Progress of Anti-Corruption Measures
The Central Government is fully alive and committed to implement its policy of “Zero Tolerance against Corruption” and has taken several measures to combat corruption and improve the functioning of the Government.
As a part of this policy, a Probity Portal has been launched in Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) through which following probity related issues are monitored at DoPT and Cabinet Secretariat level:
Pending Sanction for Prosecution
Pending disciplinary proceeding cases
Implementation of Rotational Transfer Policy
Review under Fundamental Rule (FR) 56 (j) and other relevant rules for premature retirement.
Directions have been issued from time to time to concerned Ministries/Departments for strict adherence to applicable rules and time schedules.
