This is in continuation with our earlier circular inviting anomalies if found while implementing the pay revision based on the Pay structure recommended by the 7th CPC.
DoPt vide their OM No. 11/2/2016-JCA issued on 20th February 2017 amended the definition for anomaly.
The copies of the OM issued by DAE on 18th January 2017 constituting the Departmental Anomaly Committee along with OM Ni. 11/2/2016 – JCA dated 16th August 2016 issued by DoPT and the above referred OM dated 20th February 2017 is attached herewith for ready reference of all affiliates.
Based on the amendments in the definition of anomaly all are requested to scrutinize the fixation of pay in comparison with the 6th CPC pay, vertical horizontal relativity, etc and foreword the same as early as possible, so that we can submit to the Department for consideration in the anomaly committee.
